Refund policy

30 Day Return & Exchange Policy on Standard Stocking Items:

Returns & exchanges are allowed for 30 from time of delivery for items that have not been used and the manufacturer packaging undamaged once returned.  A 20% restocking fee will be charged on the total amount of the order.  Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected. Any damage to the product or the packaging will incur an additional charge to make the product new again. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs both ways will be deducted regardless if it was sold as "free shipping" or not. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Special Order Policy:

There are NO RETURNS or REFUNDS on special order items.  A special order is any item that is not normally stocked at our location, our distributors, or the manufacturers' US warehouse. If you are unsure if the item is special order, ask before ordering.
